Duties & Responsibilities:
To be responsible for shipping and obtaining of machinery and supplies in the warehouse
Supervise the loading and unloading of deliveries and shipments
To be responsible for sorting jobs for warehouse consignment and storage of components
To responsible for maintaining inventory and submitting procure orders for parts and components;
Checking and Discrepancy resolution (receipts, deliveries warranties, fixes and surplus property)
Records administration.
Provide requisitions administration;
To be responsible for shipping canceled and damaged items back to vendors as befitting.
Coordinate and ensure correctness of warehouse shipping, obtaining and inventory databases.
Key skills
Highly analytical and with good numeracy skills
Able to work to deadlines with a minimum supervision
Good interpersonal and communications skills
Demonstrated proficiency to work in a multicultural environment
Qualifications/Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Management/Social research/ Engineering control and respect and/or a related certification.
You should have worked in Marine Engineering Company
Previous know-how in warehousing and inventory management
know-how in an international environment is an supplemented benefit
Fluent in English
