1.) Senior Account Manager (Sales)

Qualification
University graduate in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Physics or any other numerical Science from reputable institutes.
MBA degree will be an added advantage
Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
Highly analytical with strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated with ability to work with minimal supervision
Experience
12-15 years post graduate work Experience.
Minimum of 8 years relevant Experience in sales/business development with a Telecom/IT Company.
Background in sales of IP, MPLS VPN, IPLC, NPLC, Data Centre Solutions and Values added Service.

Cisco certifications will be an added advantage.
Analytical skills and good interpersonal skills.
Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
Experience
7-10 years post graduate work Experience.
Minimum of 5 years of working Experience in solution architecture designing with a leading telco.
Experience in crafting customer specific technical solution covering IP, MPLS VPN, IPLC, NPLC, Data Centre Solutions and Values added Service.

5.) Product Manager - Transmission & IP

Qualification
University graduate in Engineering, Electronics, Telecommunication or Computer Science, from a reputed Engineering institutes.
Postgraduate degree in technical field will be an added advantage.

Experience
7-10 years post graduate work Experience.
Minimum of 5 years relevant Product Management Experience in a telco environment supporting sales of IP, MPLS, VPN, IPLC, NPLC, Data Centre Solutions and Added service

6.) Transmission Engineer

Qualification
University graduate in Engineering, Electronics, Telecommunication or Computer Science, from a reputed Engineering institutes.
Proficiency in International SDH/SONET digital hierarchy required from fractional T1/E1 to 10G/OC192/STM64 circuit level.
In-depth technical knowledge of optical layer 1 transport systems, DWDM, SONET/SDH, cross-connect switching and signal grooming, as well as knowledge of ring and mesh network topologies.
Expert knowledge of carrier-class networking architecture, including the following technologies: DWDM. SONET/SDH, IP/MPLS/Ethernet, SNMP and TI1.
Experience with routing and signaling protocols control plane technologies including ASON, GMPLS required. Solid understanding of complex transport system hardware and software architectures
Excellent presentation skills and positive customer service attitude.
Advance knowledge of Visio and creating complex network diagrams.
Experience
7-10 years post graduate work Experience.
Minimum of 5 years relevant network engineering Experience in a telco environment with proven background in testing. Commissioning, fault isolation and provisioning of circuits at various transmission rates.
Experience with Alcatel-Lucent and Huawei DWDM/SDH equipment and NMS systems would be an advantage.

7.) NOC Engineer

Ref: NOCG1

Qualification
University graduate in Engineering, Electronics, Telecommunication or Computer Science, from a reputed Engineering institutes.
Ideal candidate will possess certifications equivalent to Cisco Certified Internetwork Professional (CCIP).
Good communication with a natural aptitude for dealing with people.
Good network a diagnostic skills and ability to assess and prioritize faults.
Excellent understanding of SDH, PDH and IP/MPLS systems as well as Ethernet and IP networks including troubleshooting techniques.
Excellent understanding of network monitoring concepts and management tools
Experience
7-10 years post graduate work Experience.
Minimum of 5 years relevant network engineering Experience in a mission-critical 7x24x365 NOC telco environment.
Experience of network monitoring tools and protocols (PRTG, NAGIOS, ORION)
Experience troubleshooting skills and firm understanding of static, OSPF and BGP routing.
Experience with Alcatel-Lucent (1353NM, 1354RM) and Huawei (U2000) Network management Systems would be an advantage.

8.) IP Engineer

Ref: IPG1

Qualification
University graduate in Engineering, Electronics, Telecommunication or Computer Science, from a reputed Engineering institutes.
Network certification such as CCNA and CCIE
Knowledge of OSI model with emphasis on Layers 2 and 3.
Knowledge of service provider IP architectures.
Knowledge of networking technologies – TCP/IP, BGP, DNS, VPNs, Firewalls, proxy etc.
Knowledge of network capture and analysis tools, with the ability to analyze protocol and application behaviors.
Knowledge of IP address management including process to obtain addresses and provide reporting to AFRINIC.
Knowledge of visio with ability to create complex network diagrams
Experience
7-10 years post graduate work Experience.
Minimum of 5 years relevant engineering Experience in anIP network engineering environment.
Experience integrating network hardware including routers, switches, firewalls, security appliances and terminal servers.
Experience with Alcatel-Lucent 7750 and 7710 Routers, Huawei NE40x3 and NE40x8 would be an advantage.
