Job Title: Account/Admin Officer
Job Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers State
Job Description
Undertake all book-keeping for the organization.
Undertake general office duties to include dealing with the post, responding to general enquiries usually via telephone or emails, and maintaining the office premises.
Maintain office management systems including: paper-based and computer filing systems, correspondence/reports/e-mails/phone calls.
Administer financial management systems e.g. invoice, maintaining a small stock list, recording regular payments and receipts, petty cash and banking.
Assist in the recruitment and induction of new staff members.
