Konga.com is recruiting to fill the below position of:

1.) Program Manager

Job Summary
As a Program manager you’ll drive the technical vision, design and implementation of the next generation online customer experience.
You’ll transform the company’s vision into elegant technical designs that will ultimately turn into a seamless shopping experience used by customers all over Nigeria. Managing feature sets throughout several inter phases you’ll have the chance to see your ideas and designs through completion and high volume delivery to customers, You will be working with other key team members in the product category teams as well as experienced Software Development Engineers.
Be an advocate for end-users and customers, so your passion for anticipating customer needs and creating solutions for them will really help you shine in this role. You will also be responsible for authoring technical specifications, Including envisaged usage cases, customer scenarios, demos for customers and prioritized requirements lists.
The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with great project management and communication skills, and with a strong technical understanding.
This individual should also have a strong engagement management skills including the ability to drive analytical rigour in decision making, strong business acumen, posses deep technical insights and with that have the ability to speak in both business and technical terms

Requirements
Proven ability to manage multiple work streams and/or projects concurrently and deliver on-time
Proven track record of driving high impact projects that require strategic thinking, analysis, business planning and execution,
2+ years of project management experience for high profile cross team projects,
Master’s or Bachelors degree or equivalent in computer science, electrical engineering or related technical disciplines.

2.) Human Resources Manager

Job Summary
Recruiting and staffing.
Organizational departmental planning.
Performance management and improvement system, Organization development.
Employee on boarding, development, needs assessment and training, policy development and documentation.
Employee relations, company-wide committee facilitation, company employee and community communication, compensation and benefit administration.
Employee safety, welfare, wellness and health.
Charitable giving and employee services and counseling.

Requirements
BSc Minimum, Msc preferred
3 years minimum experience in said field.
Managerial experience
Ability to work under pressure
Someone who is performance driven.
